For those of you who aren't also my facebook friends, Grandmother passed last Friday. I won't go into a long thing because I am just tired and really want to get my life back to the norm. Really back to the norm. I made some inches for a swap that are due in the mail today, but I made extras and I am REALLY going to post some pics this weekend. I miss my blog and my scrap room, but I have gotten in there and done some stuff and I am ready to be Charity again.
On a lighter note, we went to see Harry Potter today. It was ok, but I'm not sure anyone who hasn't read the series could even keep up and I don't think the director even made an attempt to read the book to find out about the most important stuff in the book. It also seemed like it would be scary to the kids, so parents keep that in mind.
All that aside I truly enjoyed Helena Bonham Carter as Bellatrix and of course I love Alan Rickman!!!!

ReplyDeleteEveryone I know has been saying the same things about the new Harry Potter. I'm passing on seeing it in the theatres. I'll just wait for DVD.

ReplyDeleteI loved Harry Potter... the effects were amazing but I agree... not like the book in alot of ways! The cave scene was amazing though! I think a lot was left out though and too much focus on the hormones... LOL!!!
